Universal light bars for multi-client picking

 

PUT2LIGHT®, P2L, is a new generation and universal "on-board" luminous display system, designed to identify in real time the correct location for depositing goods during picking operations carried out using a motorized forklift truck. Combined with portable, hands-free, voice or on-board input terminals, this solution allows simultaneous "multi-client" order preparation, with all the gains that this represents, in a simple, intuitive and reliable way.
The system effectively guides pickers to eliminate possible errors when depositing products. The location (where the collected products must be placed on the pallet(s) of the trolley) is indicated on the floor by a coloured light specific to each customer, emitted by latest generation LEDs (lifetime guarantee!).
This robust and durable solution, quick to integrate and install, is mainly composed of two light columns and an electronic controller. It adapts easily to all constraints: computer (whatever the WMS used, the type of terminal to connect, the desired wireless communication technology, etc.) or ergonomic (preparation trolley to equip).

  • The LEDs (maximum 6 per light bar) are mounted on 2 small stainless steel profile bars, fixed vertically on each side of the carriage.
  • The light beam of each LED can be easily configured directly from outside the columns.
  • A small electronic box that controls the LEDs is installed on the trolley. It is interfaced either with the input terminal via Bluetooth or directly via WIFI with the application server. It also powers the LEDs by being directly connected to the cart batteries.
  • Specific software, using a proprietary communication protocol, controls lighting operations in real time.
  • Suitable for all types of order picking trolleys.
  • Interfaces with any type of terminal (classic portable terminal, embedded or voice terminal, smartphone or tablet, under Windows or Android).
  • Can be associated with any type of additional peripheral (for example: one or two optional digital displays, fixed above the columns, which indicate the quantities to be picked/dropped).

Light mast for multi-client picking

 

MOBILIGHT is a mobile system of luminous display for multi-customer preparation zones of reduced and variable surface. It allows identification in real time the correct pallet or place of deposition of the goods. Combined with portable, "hands-free", voice or on-board input terminals, this solution makes it possible to prepare orders simultaneously by "bursting" in a simple, intuitive and reliable way.
From pallet to pallet for the same product to be delivered, the system guides pickers to eliminate possible errors when positioning goods. Flexible and "nomadic" solution, it simply adapts to all configurations of small dispensing areas. During order picking, the pallets on which the collected products must be placed are designated on the ground by a coloured light specific to each picker, emitted by directive LEDs. The whole system is easily reconfigurable at any time: the preparation areas can evolve or change without any problem according to the operating constraints.

  • The LEDs (maximum 12 per mast) are fixed on a small telescopic mast mounted vertically on a moving plate equipped with brakes. Each LED is independent and adjustable according to needs. This mobile solution therefore makes it possible to easily define and cover a limited geographical area for multi-client preparation.
  • Adapts to any type of rolling table or other mobile device.
  • Interfaces with any type of terminal (classic portable terminal, embedded or voice terminal, smartphone or tablet, under Windows or Android).
  • An electronic box that controls the LEDs is installed on the turntable. It connects to the terminal via Bluetooth or directly in WIFI to the application server. This case contains two rechargeable batteries which offer the system a shift life of more than 8 hours.
  • A specific software, using a proprietary communication protocol, drives the solution in real time.
  • Can be associated with any type of additional peripheral (for example: one or two optional digital displays that indicate the quantities to be picked/dropped).

Light "ceiling" for multi-client picking

 

SPACELIGHT is a fixed illuminated display system for large multi-client preparation areas. It allows real time identification of the correct pallet or place of deposition of the goods. Combined with portable, "hands-free", voice or on-board input terminals, this solution makes it possible to prepare orders simultaneously by "burst" on preparation platforms in a simple, intuitive and reliable manner.
From pallet to pallet for the same product to be delivered, this system guides the pickers, protecting them from making errors when positioning the goods. A fixed and "enduring" solution, it adapts very simply to all predetermined configurations of the article removal areas. During order picking, the pallets on which the collected products must be placed are designated on the ground by a coloured light specific to each picker, emitted by high-performance LEDs (motorised or not).

  • The LEDs (e.g. 4 fixed spotlights and 2 moving heads) are fixed in height, above the goods deposit area, on aluminium profiles, on gantries or on the ceiling structure. Each LED is independent and adjustable according to needs. This fixed LED system therefore makes it possible to define and cover a large geographical area (each moving head can cover up to 250 m²) in a simple way, for the multi-customer deposit by "splitting” the goods to be delivered.
  • Adapts to all storage and preparation constraints.

E-commerce Light Trolley for Multi-Client Picking

 

ECOMLIGHT is a fixed luminous display system installed on small trolleys (used in particular in the field of textiles), making it possible to identify in real time the correct box of deposition of the articles during picking operations. It is particularly designed for the preparation of small E-commerce orders but, if necessary, it can be used in the context of more "traditional" activities. Combined with portable, "hands-free" or voice input terminals, this solution allows the simultaneous "multi-client" preparation of orders, with all the gains that this represents, in a simple, intuitive and reliable way.
The system guides pickers by illuminating the destination carton as they read the product code to be delivered, line by line. The cartons or boxes in which the collected products must be delivered are identified precisely (and without risk of being mistaken) by a coloured light. The LEDs are directional, easy and quick to locate for any preparer.

Light clips / boxes for multi-client picking

 

CLIP&LIGHT is presented as a multicoloured WIFI light, easily integrated on a support of variable shapes thanks to its clip system.
It is a flexible and modular solution of luminous display for Picking rolls (wire box), allowing to identify in real time the correct tray or shelf of deposition of the articles during picking. Combined with portable, "hands-free" or voice input terminals, this solution allows the simultaneous "multi-client" preparation of orders, with all the gains that this represents, in a simple, intuitive and reliable way.
The system, consisting mainly of small stand-alone and removable WIFI LED boxes, clipped onto clamps (made of wood, plastic or metal) ideally hung on the Picking support, or directly placed on any other support, guides the picker efficiently and intuitively.
The aim is to avoid any errors when positioning the goods (e.g. carton inversions when depositing) and to ensure fast, efficient and interactive identification of the logistical support within the warehouse (e.g. identification of a priority parcel on a conveyor). The shelf, storage box or cardboard box in which the collected products are to be placed is identified by the multicoloured lights on the housing which simply light up or flash !
Once the picking is completed, the CLIP&LIGHT module is recovered, reloaded and reusable for a successive preparation round.

This solution is not limited to PUT TO LIGHT operations, but can also be used for PICK TO LIGHT operations if required.

  • WIFI interface with the application server and/or with any type of terminal (classic portable terminal, embedded or voice terminal, smartphone or tablet, under Windows or Android).
  • Each CLIP&LIGHT module is independent and adjustable according to needs. WIFI configuration is carried out via a WEB interface, WIFI pairing (with the application server or the controller) is then carried out by a simple reading of the bar code stuck on the LED box or by NFC.
  • The maximum number of boxes that can be used at the same time is determined only by the constraints of the WIFI network (IP addresses available).
  • The LED boxes are positioned above or on the side of the bins or shelves, or fixed on the box where the goods are placed: the clamp (made of wood, plastic or metal, depending on the constraints to be respected) integrates the LED box.
  • Each box is equipped with a push button allowing, if necessary, to mechanically switch off the LED once the product has been placed on/in its place.
  • A specific software installed in the CLIP&LIGHT, using a proprietary communication protocol, manages in real time the functions of the LED boxes.
  • Fits on any type of roll container, or other preparation surface.
  • Can be associated with any type of complementary device.
  • As an option, an electronic box (controller) can be installed in the warehouse to concentrate CLIP&LIGHT control commands/operations. It connects to LED boxes in WIFI and terminals via BLUETOOTH or directly in WIFI to the application server.
  • The internal battery (not removable) of the CLIP&LIGHT offers a shift life of more than 8 hours. It recharges easily and quickly (maximum 1 h 30) thanks to an "intelligent" 4 position charger.
